Babies From Love is a surrogacy planning tool built to help intended parents navigate their journey. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it.
Account information: when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider.
Journey information: the answers you provide during onboarding (family situation, embryo status, surrogate status, children wanted, fertility benefit coverage, and related details) are stored so we can generate and update your personalized roadmap.
Usage data: we use PostHog to collect product usage analytics. We configure analytics to collect only the information needed to improve the product and do not use it for advertising.
You may choose to provide information related to your fertility treatment, embryos, surrogacy journey, or family-building plans. We use this information only to personalize your experience within the application. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
The information you enter is used solely to generate personalized educational planning and organizational tools. It is not used to make medical decisions on your behalf.
Babies From Love uses AI to generate personalized planning recommendations based on the information you provide. AI-generated recommendations may contain inaccuracies and should not be considered medical, legal, or financial advice. Important decisions should always be made in consultation with qualified professionals.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described below.
Clerk (auth.clerk.com) — handles authentication. Your sign-in credentials are managed entirely by Clerk and are never stored by Babies From Love directly.
Supabase — stores your journey profile and roadmap data in a secure Postgres database with row-level access controls.
PostHog — collects product usage analytics to help us understand and improve product behavior.
Vercel — hosts the application. Network requests pass through Vercel's infrastructure.
Your journey data is stored in a Supabase database. Access is restricted so that only your account can read or write your own data.
We use HTTPS for all data in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information; however, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data as long as your account exists. You can request deletion by contacting us at the email below.
We use cookies required for authentication (set by Clerk) and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. These cookies are essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled while using the application.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting hello@babiesfromlove.com.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Babies From Love is intended for adults planning or undergoing a family-building journey. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date.
